Savannah Blend Plant & Terminal

Chemlube's U.S. lubricants blending operations are based at the IMTT Epic facility in Savannah, Georgia.

• The facility is capable of receiving and shipping by ship, barge, rail, tanktruck, and flexitank.
• Total storage capacity amounts to 140,000 barrels (5.88 million gallons).
• Rail access (CSX & NS)
  • Eight (8) rail spots that allow for multiple railcar loading and unloading.
• Deepwater dock for the receipt of base oils from barges and oceangoing tankers.
  • The dock has two berths – MLW 25 feet, LOA 675 feet/ MLW 36 feet, LOA 900 feet.
  • Import and distribution of base oils can be effected economically
• The lubricants blending plant has segregated systems for blending a wide variety of high quality products.
  • Blending tanks range in size from 3,000 gallons to 240,000 gallons.
  • Various performance level straight and multi-grade engine oils.
  • All Chemlube engine oils are API-licensed. (API license no. 2325).
  • Tractor hydraulic fluids, anti-wear hydraulic oils and automatic transmission fluids.
  • Four (4) independent truck loading racks with dedicated lines.
